Super friendly greeted warmly walking in. Solo diners aren't always so welcome but felt so comfortable here! Such a cute place too, lots to look at. The strawberry beignets were delish! And came out fast. The order of 5 was plentiful I'll need a to go box! Highly recommend:)
The service by Mr ty kerplunkislie and his staff of wonderful people made me feel right at ease sitting inside a restaurant after a long time of not being inside restaurants besides a local dinner up the street on occasion. The food was wonderful and me and my friend enjoyed Mary's spuds and the blue burger I think it was called both food items were equally delicious. I've never had potatoes so crispy yet so soft and tender. The eggs were on point Over medium just the way I like them. And the mushrooms so yummy.
This place is majestic! We absolutely LOVED everything about this restaurant. We stopped in as a family and loved the atmosphere and the New Orleans inspired ambience. We received a warm greeting, excellent customer service and felt welcomed coming in. I loved seeing all the fundraising and charity that they do to help with food security in the community. That's nice to see! We are huge lovers of beignets and just wow! extremely delightful and delicious yummy pillows of fluffy chewy goodness. Reminded me of New Orleans. Also tried the coffee and it was a damn good cup of caramel espresso! Would definitely recommend and go back to try more.
We went for a drive and ended up in Jackson hungry for breakfast. As we walked up to the restaurant, the smell of delicious food wafted out to us on the sidewalk. Inside the decor is bright without being kitschy and there are different seating arrangements (bistro, coffee shop, restaurant). Original art and local artists are featured everywhere you look. The food, though, is what makes this place. You can tell a good coffee by its decaf, and I was already pumped on caffeine, so decaf it was, and it was good. They brewed it fresh for me. I got the sweet potato hash and my wife got the full breakfast, and we shared a plate of beignets. And we were not disappointed! Everything was divine!

We were in town for a party and stopped in for breakfast. The most amazing breakfast we've had in a very long time. We've already talked about driving the two hours here just to eat here. The beignets were amazing, the Colorado omelet was great, the side potatoes awesome, and the coffees were delicious. We highly recommend and will be here again!
